Late, Stolen or Stale Dated Checks
BKV mails physical checks near the end of each month. If you believe your check may be lost or stolen, you may request stop payment by calling us or reaching out via BKVLAND@bkvoperating.com. Please be prepared to give your owner number and the month of the check that you did not receive. Please allow sufficient time for delivery by the postal service before contacting us.
Upon receipt of a physical check, please cash the check soon after receipt because the checks are voided 90 days following the issue date. If you have a check that is stale dated, please return it to the address below with a request for replacement.
